How long will it take to receive my order? |
|

It will take on average 5 days to receive your order , but
more remote, rural locations may take a little longer (but no more than 10
days). We use a specialised home delivery company who will contact
you within a few days of placing the order and deliver the equipment into
your house to a room of your choice. |

I don’t have a Credit Card can I still purchase your equipment? |
|

|
Yes we will accept a cheque or cash, please contact us by phone or email so we
can discuss the procedure. It will take a little longer than the standard
procedure as we have to wait until the funds are cleared at the bank

How long is your guarantee? |
|
|
|
We guarantee all our equipment for 12 Months Parts and labour should they
develop a fault in normal wear and Tear. But we predict t he equipment should
give you many years of enjoyable use |

Can I place an order with my credit card and get it delivered to an address
other than my credit card billing address? |
|
|
|
No not generally this is due to security reasons (Credit Card Fraud). But we
can organise this if you call our customer services desk. We will then have to
make some extra security checks which may take a few days.

Do you deliver outside the UK? |

No at present we only can supply the UK

What is your returns policy? |
|
|
|
You have 5 working days to decide if the equipment is suitable.
If you do decide you wish to return the item. Please contact us in
writing by post email or fax to get a returns number. You will have to pay
the delivery and return carriage and use our specialist transport company
and ensure the items is undamaged and packed in the original packaging for
its journey back to our factory. Please read our terms and conditions

departmental store? |

No. We only supply direct from the Factory which is how you can buy top quality

Is there one piece of equipment you would particularly recommend? |

It is important firstly to find a piece of equipment and
type of exercise you enjoy, but the elliptical cross trainer is very popular.
The elliptical really does give you a full body work out and is non impact so
it is kinder on your joints. |

If you have not exercised within the last 6 months, or
suffer from any medical conditions, or if you are pregnant, always seek
the advice of your Doctor before embarking on a new diet or fitness program. |

Do I have to assemble the products? |

Yes all our products require some degree of home assembly, but it shouldn’t
take you long and detailed instructions are included. If you experience any
problems, just call our after sales service team who will be only too happy to
try to assist you over the phone. |
